Throughout the course of The I-81 Challenge, there will be periodic questionnaires designed to gather public input on key questions related to I-81. 

The first of these questionnaires was made available online during the fall of 2009, coinciding with the initial focus group meetings. The initial results of this questionnaire are included in the Focus Groups Summary Report. 

The SMTC is still collecting responses to the questionnaire; you can fill out the questionnaire here.

This questionnaire has been designed to collect information about:

• how people use and experience I-81;
• concerns about the future of I-81; and
• ways that people would like to be involved in the I-81 decision-making process as it moves forward.
